Failed or skipped

The provider rejected delivery, or the installation was ineligible.
Metrics can continue to change after provider delivery as devices report lifecycle events. Queued and processing pages refresh automatically.
Use the delivery table to correlate an external user, installation ID, provider, attempt count, and provider error. Open the corresponding installation to see its device metadata and recent history.
